Video: Freshmen write their legacy
As more than 950 new freshmen take part in Ramdition, WSSU’s weeklong orientation, they are exploring their values and defining what their legacy will be at WSSU and beyond.
Write Your Legacy, a student-led project designed around the tenets of social justice outlined in WSSU’s strategic plan, helps students identify the disparities in their communities and to have candid discussions that will possibly inspire a desire for service.
“Even if you don’t know what you want to be, at least you know who you want to impact,” said Eric Johnson, a WSSU senior who created the project for Ramdition.
