Faculty Load and Compensation
Faculty Load and Compensation (FLAC) is a Human Resource Banner module that merges faculty information from Banner Student and Human Resources systems and creates faculty assignments and pay that can be acknowledge electronically through Self-Service Application.
Banner FLAC bridges the gap between Banner modules to deliver a comprehensive path to assigning and compensating faculty workload. FLAC replaces Workflow application, which was previously used for summer adjunct course assignment and compensation.
At WSSU, Banner FLAC is used to capture:
- All instructional assignments for employees designated as instructor of record in Banner
- All non-instructional assignments (not for course credit)
