Biography
For several decades, Dr. Michele Lewis has worked in the capacity of psychology professor, author, international mentor, researcher, and group facilitator. Dr. Lewis earned a Ph.D. in Psychology (Brain & Behavior) from Howard University. She is a professional member of the Association of Black Psychologists and Professor at Winston-Salem State University since 2007. She is a Fulbright Distinguished Chair (2023-2024), and a professional blogger for Psychology Today magazine. Her latest book is Our Biosocial Brains: The Cultural Neuroscience of Bias, Injustice, and Power.
