Graduating Seniors
The Office of Information Technology is happy to provide an extension to the use of some of the applications to which you have become accustomed. Please be sure to read communications from the Office of Information Technology as they will provide important changes regarding your access to WSSU IT resources and applications after graduation.
Congratulations, RAM!
- Access to your @rams.wssu.edu email account is available for 1 year (365 days) after graduating.
- We recommend that you create a new or use an existing personal email account for paying bills, applying for jobs, signing up for services, etc., to ensure you do not lose access to those services when your WSSU email access ends.
- Also, save or forward any important emails and contacts you want to keep to a personal email account.
- Access to Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, etc.) installed on your personal device(s) using your RAM ID account is available 1-year (365 days) after graduating.
- The web version of these applications and OneDrive will continue to be accessible until your RAM email account access is suspended.
- Download any files from your OneDrive that you wish to save.
- Access to Adobe Creative Cloud licenses is for coursework only and will expire at the end of the semester in which you graduate.
- Instructions to activate 4-month complimentary access are provided in your RAM email.
- Our license type is non-commercial restricted for academic & research purposes only.
Campus card access is available for 1 week after graduating. After that, all graduated student ID cards will be suspended.
Access to the my.wssu.edu student portal is available for 1-year (365 days) after graduating.
Access to RAMWare is available for 1-year after graduating. Please plan accordingly should you wish to access any program-specific software prior to losing access.
Access to Canvas or Brightspace is available for 1-year (365 days) after graduating. Please be sure to download any assignment submissions or review materials that you wish to save.
