Ramily, it’s almost time to come home! ❤️ Whether you’re returning to campus for the first time in years or you never miss a Homecoming, we want your Game Day experience to be easy, safe and enjoyable.

With thousands of alumni, students, families and friends expected on campus, please plan ahead, arrive early and follow the guidance of our parking team.

Parking Lots Open: 5 a.m.
Parking Lots Close: 9:00 p.m.
*Gates will close at 9:30 p.m. Please have all vehicles removed by 9 p.m.

HOMECOMING GAME DAY PRE-SALE PARKING (August 1 – November 6 at noon)

Score your spot early – pre-sale parking includes a game ticket! With an advance parking purchase, your game day ticket will be included. Tailgating is NOT permitted in the Driver’s Ed or Anderson Center parking lots. This deal is available until all spaces are sold out or the pre-sale period ends.

  • Drivers Ed Lot: $75, ticket included
  • Anderson Center Lot: $75, ticket included

HOMECOMING GAMEDAY PARKING (November 7)
Day-of parking purchases do NOT include game tickets.

  • West Lot: $75
  • Drivers Ed Lot: $75
  • Anderson Center Lot: $75

Purchase parking at the lot entrance. Parking lots are cashless. Please be prepared with a debit or credit card.

TAILGATING

HOMECOMING TAILGATING
General tailgating will only be permitted in the back half of West and East Lots. Season ticket holders and HORN$ members may tailgate in the South Lot.

Tailgating Lots Open: 5 a.m.
Tailgating Lots Close: 9 p.m.
*Gates will be locked at 9:30 p.m. Please have all vehicles and equipment removed before 9:30 p.m.

West Lot (Paved) and East Lot (Gravel):
 $75 per space

  • A minimum of 2 spaces must be purchased
  • RVs will require a minimum of 4 spaces
  • Guests may park in the East Lot for the tailgating fee of $150 per space. There will not be a designated parking section. First come, first serve.

PURCHASE EAST LOT TAILGATING SPACE

South Lot (Paved):
The South Parking Lot is reserved for season ticket holders and HORN$ members.

ADDITIONAL PARKING & SHUTTLE INFORMATION

  • FREE satellite parking is available at Innovation Quarter, located at 611 N. Research Parkway, Winston-Salem, NC. Parking is available in P6 (373 spaces) and P8.
  • Continuous shuttle service will operate between Innovation Quarter and the stadium area, making it easy to get to and from the game.
  • WSSU parking locations will use digital payment procedures. Parking fees must be paid at the parking lot. Cash will not be accepted at WSSU parking locations.
  • Game Day parking tickets may be purchased at entrance gates, subject to availability.

HERE TO HELP: 50 TEMPORARY PARKING STAFF

You won’t be on your own! WSSU will have 50 temporary parking staff members on hand to help make Game Day run smoothly.

Look for our team members to assist with traffic direction, parking lot entrances and exits, pedestrian crossings, shuttle areas, ADA assistance, directional signage and general customer service.

TRAFFIC & SAFETY

Help us keep Game Day safe for everyone:

  • Follow temporary directional signs and instructions from parking personnel.
  • Please do not park on residential streets, block driveways or move barricades and cones.
  • Keep emergency access routes clear at all times.
  • Give yourself extra time to travel because of increased Homecoming traffic and road restrictions.
  • Guests requiring accessible parking should use an ADA-designated location and follow accessibility signage.
