Winston-Salem State University and Novant Health to sponsor a cancer awareness event
March is Cancer Awareness Month. Winston-Salem State University and Novant Health have teamed up to sponsor a Cancer Awareness Event on the WSSU campus.
The two-day event takes place on March 23 and 24 and is open to faculty, staff, students, and the wider community.
On Thursday, March 23 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. there will be a keynote speech by Gregory J. Dennis, M.D., and a panel discussion. The panel will include caregivers, cancer survivors, and family members of cancer patients and survivors. Please join us for this event in 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Donald J. Reaves Center Room 100.
