Residence halls with makeovers, newly paved roads and Rams branding are just a few of the changes greeting new and returning WSSU students this semester.

Winston-Salem State University welcomed 5,210 students for the fall 2026 semester, its highest total enrollment since 2021 and a 9.1% increase from 2023.
