Application Administration Services (AAS) provides implementation, training, support, monitoring and management of various enterprise software applications and systems, which drive academic, research, instructional, and staff productivity supporting the strategic initiatives of the University!

AAS supports a wide range of applications and systems that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the day-to-day operations for learning and business operations, degree planning and evaluation, content management systems, learning management systems, document management and storage system event scheduling and calendar creation, team collaboration systems, IT service and project management, etc. AAS seeks to provide highly integrated state-of-the-art tools, systems and training which empowers and prepares our students, faculty, and staff for academic, personal, and professional success.

Major Services 
 
  • Technology Learning Center (TLC) -  a resource for faculty, staff, and students to learn how to improve and make efficient use of computers, networks and information systems. TLC offers information technology courses and seminars, including Teams, OneDrive, and RAMSupport, etc. 
  • Web Support Services (WSS) - supports the maintenance of the university website by promoting the presentation of relevant and accurate information and ensuring robust and reliable delivery; assist contributors, editors, and content owners in the professional delivery and maintenance of the content of the university website via tasks assistance, page maintenance, training, redesign, and by ensuring adherence to approved university branding and web best practices; and supports the implementation and maintenance of the web interfaces of "in use" applications.  
  • Learning Management Systems Administration (LMSA) -  administration and advancement of our Brightspace and Canvas learning management systems and work closely with the faculty to support the management of web-based courses. 
  • AAS Project Management (PM) - implementation of purchased non-Banner applications; full lifecycle enhancement and support for the applications in its portfolio and consultation and recommendation to the campus for technology solutions for the benefit of all associates.
