Employee Relations
The Office of Human Resources Employee Relations unit is responsible for all aspects of management and employee relations. Services we provide include performance management program, employee conduct consultations, conflict and dispute resolution and disciplinary actions. We provide confidential consultation to employees and to management.
We are committed to promote, encourage and strengthen communication channels between employees and management at all levels; uphold and maintain the proper application of University personnel policies; establish and enhance mutual trust and acceptance within the WSSU community; and provide confidential, fair, trustworthy and effective resolutions in a timely fashion.
