Located in the Student Success Center at Hill Hall, Learning Support Services is committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment that values the diversity and uniqueness of every individual. Our mission is to provide tailored comprehensive support through accessible academic resources, one-on-one and group tutoring, test preparation, and workshops to empower students to achieve their academic, personal, and professional goals. These services are designed to support your academic journey and enhance your learning experience.
Our unit includes the Writing and Communication Center, Subject Tutoring and Supplemental Instruction, and the Testing and Proctoring Center.
Scheduled appointments, either in person or online, and “walk-ins” are available during our hours of operation Monday-Thursday 9am-9pm, Friday 9am-5pm, and Sunday (online only) 12pm-9pm.
To book an appointment, visit WCOnline at WSSU (wssu.mywconline.com) and select a schedule from the landing page. Reservations for the Testing and Proctoring Center are by appointment only. We also have 24/7 virtual tutoring via UpSwing.

- Choose a timeslot (white spaces indicate times available). You can book 30-or 60-minute appointment.
- Fill out the appointment form. Let us know what you want to work on and/or upload any relevant course materials. Make sure you complete the required fields!
- Submit the appointment form and check your email for confirmation.
